Day-wise itinerary
Day 1 — Overnight drive, summit day⌄
Reach Kukke Subramanya by 4 am, chai and a briefing, and start walking by 5.30. The climb runs through forest to Bhattaru Mane, up the grassland to Shesha Parvatha and on to the summit — roughly 11 km each way. Back at the lodge by evening, thoroughly earned dinner.

Day 2 — Temple darshan and return⌄
Darshan at the Kukke Subramanya temple in the morning, breakfast, then the drive back via Sakleshpur with a Bisle Ghat photo stop. Bengaluru by 8 pm.

Sunrise was worth the 4 am start. Everything from pickup to drop was on schedule and the WhatsApp group before the trip made it easy to settle in.
